Background
Founded in 2022, Cross Solution Consulting Ltd was established by Andrew Cross MBA, to help bridge the chasm between the notoriously introspective and self-obsessed IT industry, and organisations seeking to harness IT to transform their operations to deliver greater customer, shareholder and social value outcomes.
Andrew has spent more than 30 years helping technology companies to focus on customer outcomes and has worked all over the globe delivering value for some of the world’s largest companies. As an elected councillor and someone who has been engaged in local politics for many years, Andrew is well versed in the complexities of local government and understands how to get things done in that context.
